    If you need to cancel or change an appointment

    If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can cancel or change it at no charge at least 24 hours before its starting time (24-hour rule): just call 024 – 348 0551 or email us at info@ysveldfysio.nl, even on weekends and holidays. You can also leave a message on the voicemail. If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours, we are required to charge the reserved time to the patient.
